|Positive public health outcomes cannot be reached from the efforts of the ~450 employees at IDPH alone. Positive public health outcomes are a result of local public health offices, IDPH, non-profit organizations, health care providers, policymakers, businesses, patients, and many others working together. In this collaborative effort, it takes hundreds of thousands of boots on the ground employees doing countless hours of work to improve the life of all Iowans.|
